Fees and Services

Dr. Milne is an out of network provider and does not accept insurance. We can provide an itemized list of services to be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement which typically covers 30-80% of the incurred cost. 

Evaluation

• Initial Evaluation Basic: $1,000

• Initial Evaluation Complex: $1,300 

          - includes record review (neuropsychological testing, etc.) and care        coordination with primary care doctor* or other specialist

• Second opinion evaluation: $1,500

Ongoing care (medication management with or without psychotherapy)

50 minute appointments: $675

25 minute appointments: $400

Other patient related services: $200/hr

Coaching services: $400/hr
